2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Excepciones al Derecho de Desistimiento)
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Products that have been unsealed after delivery, due to hygiene and health protection reasons.

• E-liquids, once the seal has been broken.

• Customized products made to your specifications.

3. Refunds (Reembolsos)
If your refund request is approved:

• You will be reimbursed using the original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
